Our Appraiser:

Margaret Nelson-Quin has been appraising rural residential properties since 2004. She is currently a Certified Residential Appraiser and became a Licensed General Appraiser Assistant in 2011 to pursue her Certified General License. Prior to beginning her career as a Real Estate Appraiser she worked in Real Estate Sales on the rugged Northern California Coast.
