Our Appraiser:

Margaret Nelson-Quin has been appraising rural residential properties since 2003. She is currently a Certified Residential Appraiser. Prior to beginning her career as a Real Estate Appraiser she worked in Real Estate Sales on the rugged Northern California Coast. Valuing Real Estate is a perfect match for Margaret's skill set. What could be more enjoyable than hiking through eight inches of snow in February to inspect a riverfront farmhouse!

We are proud to offer on-line appraisal ordering, coupled with automatic report status updates and electronic delivery of the final product. Our goal is to say what we mean and mean what we say. If we say "We can delivery that by Monday" we mean "You'll have it Monday before 5pm Pacific". 

Our Style: 

Since the bulk of our experience is in  rural residential properties, we have developed a style aimed at answering the investor's questions the first time around. Rarely do we get requests for more data, because it is already there. If we haven't answered a question we prioritize your request for more information, because that is our job.
